Fulfillment Time: All items are made-to-order or custom-embroidered. Processing takes 2–5 business days before shipment.
Domestic Shipping (US): Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days via USPS or UPS Ground. Tracking numbers are automatically issued upon dispatch.
International Shipping: Standard international shipping takes 7–15 business days depending on customs processing in the destination country.
Customs, Duties & Taxes: International buyers are responsible for any import duties, tariffs, or VAT charged by their local government.
Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is secure and accurate at checkout.
